Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk with milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Heat butter in a pan on medium heat.
  • Pour egg mixture and cook gently, stirring until soft and fluffy.
  • Toast bread slices until lightly golden.
  • Place eggs on one slice and cover with the second slice.
  • Cut and serve warm.
