Easy Spinach Tortilla Wraps

These spinach tortilla wraps are creamy, crunchy, and full of fresh flavor. They are quick to make and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 spinach tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken cooked, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir shredded chicken into the creamy mixture until fully coated.
  • Add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, and red onion. Mix gently to combine.
  • Lay spinach tortillas flat on a clean surface. Warm slightly if needed.
  • Place filling in the center of each tortilla and spread evenly.
  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Cut wraps in half and serve fresh or chilled.

Notes

  • Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts
  • Do not overfill wraps
  • Best served fresh but can be stored for meal prep
