This easy egg salad wrap recipe is creamy, simple, and perfect for quick lunches or light dinners. Made with hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and fresh vegetables wrapped in soft tortillas.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs hard boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon celery chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onion chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 small tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs in water until fully cooked, then cool in ice water and peel.
  • Chop eggs into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Stir in celery and green onion for crunch and flavor.
  • Place lettuce and tomato on tortillas.
  • Add egg salad mixture on top of vegetables.
  • Fold and roll tortillas tightly into wraps.
  • Slice and serve fresh or chilled.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
  • Add pickles or herbs for extra flavor.
  • Best served fresh or chilled for a short time.
