- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed + halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated plus more to finish
- Salt
- black pepper
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes for spice
