Greek Chicken Pinwheels
A quick and easy bite-sized appetizer packed with Mediterranean flavors. These chicken pinwheels are perfect for parties, game day, or meal prep—no cooking required! Serve them cold for a fresh, creamy bite or bake them for a warm pinwheel appetizer with a crispy edge.

- 2 large  tortillas spinach or plain
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken  (rotisserie works great)
- ¼ cup tzatziki sauce
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled 
- ¼ cup cucumber diced 
- ¼ cup tomatoes diced 
- ¼ cup kalamata olives chopped, optional
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- Handful of  fresh spinach or romaine lettuce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
- Spread the tzatziki 
- Lay tortillas flat and spread an even layer of tzatziki sauce all over. 
- Add the fillings 
- Sprinkle shredded chicken, feta, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and oregano over the tortillas. Add a handful of spinach or lettuce for crunch. 
- Roll it up 
- Tightly roll the tortillas from one end to the other to keep everything in place. 
- Slice & serve 
- Use a sharp knife to cut into 1-inch slices. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. 
Make It Your Own:
- Warm it up: Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes for a crispy pinwheel.
- Switch the sauce: Try hummus or cream cheese instead of tzatziki.
- Go vegetarian: Skip the chicken and add more veggies or chickpeas.
