A quick and easy bite-sized appetizer packed with Mediterranean flavors. These chicken pinwheels are perfect for parties, game day, or meal prep—no cooking required! Serve them cold for a fresh, creamy bite or bake them for a warm pinwheel appetizer with a crispy edge.
Total Time 10 minutes mins
- 2 large tortillas spinach or plain
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- ¼ cup tzatziki sauce
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup cucumber diced
- ¼ cup tomatoes diced
- ¼ cup kalamata olives chopped, optional
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- Handful of fresh spinach or romaine lettuce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
Spread the tzatziki
Lay tortillas flat and spread an even layer of tzatziki sauce all over.
Add the fillings
Sprinkle shredded chicken, feta, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and oregano over the tortillas. Add a handful of spinach or lettuce for crunch.
Roll it up
Tightly roll the tortillas from one end to the other to keep everything in place.
Slice & serve
Use a sharp knife to cut into 1-inch slices. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Make It Your Own:
- Warm it up: Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes for a crispy pinwheel.
- Switch the sauce: Try hummus or cream cheese instead of tzatziki.
- Go vegetarian: Skip the chicken and add more veggies or chickpeas.
