- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup lettuce shredded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook onion until soft and lightly golden.
Add garlic and cook for a short time until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain extra grease if needed.
Add paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer until slightly thickened.
Warm tortillas so they are soft and flexible.
Place beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Add cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and cilantro.
Fold sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
Toast wraps in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.
Slice and serve warm.
