Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook onion until soft and lightly golden.
  • Add garlic and cook for a short time until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Drain extra grease if needed.
  • Add paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Warm tortillas so they are soft and flexible.
  • Place beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and cilantro.
  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Toast wraps in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt
  • Do not overstuff tortillas
  • Toast seam-side down first for sealing
  • Add extra toppings based on preference
