- 3 c Rice Chex
- 3 c Corn Chex
- 1 c pretzels
- 1 c mixed nuts
- 1/2 c butter melted
- 1/4 c honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, and mixed nuts. Stir gently until evenly mixed.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan. Allow it to cool slightly.
Add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the melted butter. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
Pour the sauce evenly over the cereal mixture. Gently fold and stir until all pieces are well coated with the sauce.
Spread the coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a single, even layer.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even coating and prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and allow the mixture to cool completely on the tray. This helps the coating become crisp.
Break apart any clusters and transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container. Serve or store as needed.
