Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup beef salami
  • 1/2 cup turkey sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 cup red peppers chopped, roasted

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  • Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Make sure it is soft and easy to roll.
  • Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, covering all edges.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across the surface.
  • Add turkey pepperoni, beef salami, and turkey slices evenly. Top with lettuce and roasted red peppers.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log, keeping it firm as you roll.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Remove from the fridge, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.

Notes

  • Chilling helps the pinwheels hold their shape
  • Do not overfill to avoid tearing
  • Use fresh, soft tortillas
