Instructions
Prepare the Mango
: If using fresh mango, peel and chop it into chunks.
Combine Ingredients
: In a blender, add the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and ice cubes.
Blend
: Blend on high until the smoothie is smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a splash of water to reach your desired consistency.
Serve
: Pour the smoothie into a glass, and if desired, garnish with extra mango chunks or a sprig of mint.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen mango chunks.
To add some greens, toss in a handful of spinach without changing the flavor.
