Instructions
Combine Ingredients:
In a bowl or jar, mix rolled oats, chopped pecans, chia seeds (if using), and maple syrup.
Add Liquids:
Stir in the milk and Greek yogurt (if using).
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
Serve:
In the morning, stir well and enjoy! Top with extra pecans, a drizzle of maple syrup, or fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
Adjust Sweetness:
