  • 2 ripe peaches fresh or frozen, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • ½ cup spinach or kale optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
