Instructions
Prepare Ingredients:
If using fresh bananas, peel and slice them. Gather all ingredients.
Blend:
Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and milk to a blender. If using, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add Ice (Optional):
For a colder, thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
Add Optional Add-ins (Optional):
Add chia seeds, flax seeds, or protein powder if desired and blend briefly to combine.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass or travel mug. Garnish with a slice of banana or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
