Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare Sweet Potatoes:
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch uniform pieces.
Season:
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you like.
Roast:
Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
