Roasted Sweet Potato Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme optional

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Sweet Potatoes:

  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch uniform pieces.

Season:

  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you like.

Roast:

  • Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy on the edges.
