- 4 bone-in chicken thighs skin on for the win
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or more if you got spice lovers
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce use your fave
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar trust the process
Step 2: Season that bird
Rub olive oil all over the chicken. Then add garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix it up real good.
