Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced, or 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup yogurt Greek or regular, plain or flavored
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based, like almond or oat milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice optional, for a colder smoothie

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare strawberries: Rinse fresh strawberries under cool water and remove the green tops. If using frozen, skip this step.
  • Add ingredients to a blender: Place strawberries, yogurt, milk, and honey/maple syrup in the blender. Add ice if desired.
  • Blend until smooth: Secure the lid and blend for about 30 seconds until creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy: Serve immediately in a glass, and enjoy your delicious smoothie!

Notes

  • Customization: Add spinach, protein powder, or flax seeds for extra nutrients.
  • Make it vegan: Use plant-based yogurt and milk.
  • Smoothie packs: Prep ingredients in freezer bags for quick mornings.
