fresh strawberries
hulled and sliced, or 1 cup frozen strawberries

yogurt
Greek or regular, plain or flavored

milk
dairy or plant-based, like almond or oat milk

honey or maple syrup
optional, adjust to taste

ice

Instructions
Wash and prepare strawberries:
Rinse fresh strawberries under cool water and remove the green tops. If using frozen, skip this step.
Add ingredients to a blender:
Place strawberries, yogurt, milk, and honey/maple syrup in the blender. Add ice if desired.
Blend until smooth:
Secure the lid and blend for about 30 seconds until creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy:
Serve immediately in a glass, and enjoy your delicious smoothie!
