Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups corn kernels roasted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • cup mayo
  • 1 cup cotija cheese or feta crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 onions green sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo in a large bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the roasted corn to the bowl and stir until it is well coated with the creamy mixture.
  • Sprinkle chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mixture. Add lime juice. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Stir in crumbled cotija or feta cheese. Sprinkle chopped green onions and cilantro on top.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
