Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can 16 oz refried beans
  • 1 packet 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies, drained
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, and taco seasoning until smooth.
  • Stir in green chilies, one cup Mexican cheese blend, and half the Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheeses over the top.
  • Bake for twenty five minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Top with sliced green onions and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
  • Fresh shredded cheese melts best.
  • Add cooked ground beef for a heartier dip.
