Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard optional
  • 1 tbsp celery chopped
  • 1 tbsp red onion chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 tortillas large flour
  • Lettuce or spinach leaves optional for extra crunch

Instructions

Step 1: Make the tuna filling

  • In a medium bowl, put the drained tuna. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, and onion. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper. Mix everything until creamy. Taste a tiny bit to check if it is just right.

Step 2: Prep the tortillas

  • Lay the tortillas flat. Add lettuce or spinach if you want extra crunch.

Step 3: Spread the filling

  • Spread the tuna mixture evenly on each tortilla. Leave a little space from the edges so the filling does not spill out.

Step 4: Roll it up

  • Roll the tortilla from one end, keeping it snug but not squished.

Step 5: Slice into pinwheels

  • Cut each roll into 1-inch slices. You should get about 8 to 10 pinwheels per tortilla.

Step 6: Serve or store

  • Arrange on a plate for immediate snacking or pack in airtight containers for later.
