- 2 cups canned tuna drained well
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
Place drained tuna in a mixing bowl and flake it well using a fork until the texture is even and soft.
Add mayonnaise and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
Add chopped celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape, making sure the filling stays inside and evenly distributed.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Remove from the refrigerator, unwrap, and slice into even pinwheels using a sharp knife.
Arrange on a serving plate and serve chilled.
- Chilling helps the pinwheels hold their shape
- Adjust seasoning according to taste
- Use fresh tortillas for best rolling results
