Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz Velveeta , cubed
  • 1 10 oz Rotel Original diced tomatoes and green chilies , undrained
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced (optional)

Instructions

  • Dice the jalapeño if using.
  • Place the cubed cheese, the undrained Rotel tomatoes, and the diced jalapeño in a medium saucepan.
