- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup melted butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 apple peeled, cored, and diced
Mix Dry Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
