Air Fryer Apple Cinnamon Cake

A quick and easy apple cinnamon cake made in the air fryer—soft, moist, and packed with warm, cozy flavors. Perfect for a snack, dessert, or even breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon plus extra for topping
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup melted butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 apple peeled, cored, and diced

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dry Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients – In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Combine and Add Apples – Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the diced apples.
  • Prep the Air Fryer – Grease a 6-inch cake pan (or line with parchment paper) and pour in the batter.
  • Air Fry – Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool and Serve – Let it cool slightly before slicing. Sprinkle extra cinnamon or drizzle with caramel for added flavor.

  • Swap apples for pears or peaches for a different twist.
  • Add walnuts or pecans for a crunchy bite.
  • No egg? Use ¼ cup applesauce instead.
