Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Set your air fryer to 375°F and allow it to preheat for 2-3 minutes.

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

Shape Meatballs:

  • Use your hands to roll the mixture into 1-1.5 inch meatballs. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each meatball.

Cook Meatballs:

  • Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Notes
