Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and grease a 6-inch cake pan.
  • Mix butter and sugar until creamy, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Slowly add to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  • Pour batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  • Air fry for 25-30 minutes, checking with a toothpick at 20 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve plain or with toppings!
