Air Fryer Veggie Spring Rolls
Crispy, crunchy, and packed with fresh veggies, these air-fried spring rolls are a healthier take on a classic favorite. Perfect for snacks, appetizers, or a light meal—without the deep-fried guilt!

- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots shredded
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts optional
- 1/4 cup bell peppers thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 10 spring roll wrappers frozen section
- Cooking spray or light oil for brushing
Prepare the Filling
Heat a pan over medium heat, add a little oil, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add all veggies, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assemble the Spring Rolls
Lay a wrapper flat in a diamond shape.
Add about 2 tablespoons of filling near the bottom.
Fold up the bottom corner, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
Seal the edge with a little water.
Air Fry to Crispy Perfection
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray or brush the spring rolls with oil.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
