Air Fryer Veggie Spring Rolls

Crispy, crunchy, and packed with fresh veggies, these air-fried spring rolls are a healthier take on a classic favorite. Perfect for snacks, appetizers, or a light meal—without the deep-fried guilt!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts optional
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 10 spring roll wrappers frozen section
  • Cooking spray or light oil for brushing

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling

  • Heat a pan over medium heat, add a little oil, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add all veggies, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the Spring Rolls

  • Lay a wrapper flat in a diamond shape.
  • Add about 2 tablespoons of filling near the bottom.
  • Fold up the bottom corner, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
  • Seal the edge with a little water.

Air Fry to Crispy Perfection

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray or brush the spring rolls with oil.
  • Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
