Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken shredded cooked rotisserie chicken works perfect
  • 8 ounces cheese cream softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce add more or less depending on spice preference
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Optional:

  • onions chopped green for garnish
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). This helps the dip bake evenly and get all bubbly.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  • Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Make sure it is mixed well and creamy.
  • Spread the mixture into a small baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with green onions or parsley if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
