- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water for thickening
Step 1: Prep Those Wings
Pat the wings dry with a paper towel for extra crispiness.
Toss them in a bowl with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
Step 2: Cook in the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Lay the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket—no stacking!
Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Simmer over medium heat. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- For even crispier wings, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes after coating with sauce.
- These wings pair beautifully with a side of rice or a crunchy slaw for a complete meal!
