Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 25 minutes mins
- 1 ½ pounds chicken wings fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- Fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Season the Wings:
Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss to coat.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss again until evenly coated.
Cook the Wings:
Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
Cook at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
While wings cook, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it burn!).
Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese to create a rich, cheesy sauce.
Toss and Serve:
Once wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl.
Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and gently toss to coat.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
