- This recipe works best when chicken is slightly marinated, even a short 10 to 15 minute rest improves flavor and juiciness
- Do not overcook the chicken, as grilled chicken can become dry quickly if cooked too long on high heat
- Resting the chicken before slicing is important to keep the meat tender and juicy inside the wrap
- Warm tortillas briefly before assembling to prevent cracking and tearing while rolling
- The sauce can be adjusted based on preference, Greek yogurt gives a lighter taste while mayonnaise gives a richer flavor
- Fresh vegetables improve texture and balance, always use crisp lettuce and firm tomatoes for best results
- Do not overfill the wrap or it will be difficult to roll and may break apart
- Toasting the wrap at the end is optional but adds a crispy texture and helps seal the edges
- This recipe is great for meal prep, but wraps are best assembled fresh for best texture
- You can easily double the recipe for family meals or lunch box preparation
- Spice levels can be adjusted by increasing or reducing chili powder or adding hot sauce
- For a healthier version, use whole wheat tortillas and yogurt-based sauce
- Cutting the wrap diagonally after toasting gives a better presentation and easier eating experience
