Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 15 skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup feta cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves optional, but so good
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or honey as a swap
  • Toothpicks or small skewers

Instructions

Chop & Prep

  • Cut the watermelon and feta into bite-sized cubes.

Assemble the Skewers

  • Stack a piece of watermelon, a mint leaf, and a cube of feta onto a toothpick or skewer. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Drizzle & Serve

  • Lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze (or honey for a sweeter twist).
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for up to 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Swap mint for basil for a different fresh flavor.
  • Add a slice of cucumber for extra crunch.
  • Use pretzel sticks instead of toothpicks for an edible skewer!
  • If making ahead, wait to drizzle the balsamic until right before serving.
